I have always been interested in Budism and have studied it at a surface level. A fomer colleague of mine lives in rural Thailand and his in-laws are pretty traditional Budist. As a secular student of history, I tend to dabble in all world religions to help gain a sense of the feel for a time period.

@mbiberg - thanks mark. I am a bit closer to Taoist beliefes but they have some similairities.
@jassmine - dont think so Judi but you and I might be closer than the average bear.
